Ya'll ever read Don Luskin?

In his Chronicle of the Conspiracy to Keep You Poor and Stupid he-or rather a correspondent-gives instructions on how to voluntarily pay more taxes. Of course, Krugman, whose article the letter-writer is addressing, is plenty sharp enough to answer, "But that would put us at a competitive disadvantage to you evil right-wingers who want to deprive the government of sufficient funds to perform its essential functions."

I suppose I need to figure out an answer for that, beyond mere disdain.
